1Age Requirement and Eligibility

ID Verification: Valid ID is required for all cannabis product pickups and deliveries. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot produce a valid ID matching the name on the order, or if the ID appears to be fraudulent.

2Use of Services and Account Registration

To access certain features of the Site, such as online ordering, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify JFK Cannabis of any unauthorized use of your account.

3Products and Availability

We offer a selection of premium cannabis products, including Flower, Pre-Rolls, Edibles, Vapes, Concentrates, Beverages, Topicals, and Accessories.

• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that an item listed as "in stock" on the Site will be available at the time of pickup or delivery.
• Descriptions: We strive to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, THC/CBD percentages, or other content on the Site are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Batches may vary.

4Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices listed on the Site may differ from in-store pricing. Applicable taxes will be added to your total at checkout.

5Order Fulfillment: Pickup and Delivery

• Hours of Operation: Our store is open Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
• Pickup: Orders must be picked up by the individual who placed the order. You must present the valid ID used during the ordering process.
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, in accordance with New York State purchase limits.

6Refunds and Returns Policy

All sales of cannabis products are final.

Due to state regulations and the nature of the products, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted for cannabis products (Flower, Edibles, Vapes, etc.) once they have left the dispensary premises.

Defective Products: If you believe a hardware product (such as a vape battery or accessory) is defective, please contact us at info@jfkcannabis.com or +1(516) 914-9538 within 48 hours of purchase. Resolution is at the sole discretion of management and subject to manufacturer warranties.

7Health and Safety Disclaimers

By purchasing products from JFK Cannabis, you acknowledge the following safety warnings:

• Adult Use Only: Cannabis is for use only by adults 21 years of age or older. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Impairment: Cannabis can impair concentration, coordination, and judgment. Do not operate a vehicle or machinery under the influence of cannabis.

8Intellectual Property

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Queens County, New York.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from JFK Cannabis (whether by checking a box on our website, sending a keyword, or other opt-in method), you agree to the following terms:

• Program Description: We send text messages regarding your orders, delivery updates, security alerts (Two-Factor Authentication), Aeropay payment notifications and promotions.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us (e.g., number of orders placed).
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number provided. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• Help: If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to the number provided. After you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
